This is personalized order for one piece of a heart pendant
made from your own wedding flowers.

1. Please contact me with picture of your flowers.
2. After our talk, please send me your flowers fast as possible.
3. Personalized orders takes up to 8 weeks depend of the shape of the flowers.
4. Personalized orders can't be returned!

Please notice:
1. This is a custom order and after the flowers are delivered can’t be changed and canceled.
2. After the finished item/s is/are shipped to the customer and the customer is not satisfied with it/them he has to contact the seller within 5 days after the delivery for a solution. He can send the item back within 20 days after the delivery and will get 30 % money refund!
3. The working process (inclusive drying the flowers) is about 6-7 weeks. Inclusive with the shipping will take up to 8 weeks.
4. In case of some emergency situations the seller can extend the processing time.

5. Every flower after the drying process changes its color. I‘m trying to keep the colors similar like possible to the real ones. It is depends of the flowers. Don’t expect the same color like the fresh flowers.

6. You may also see tiny bubbles, resin bumps and darker, lighter or transparent spots. These variations are due to the natural materials and handcrafting process.

7. Personalized necklaces are always shipped with priority mail.
